Loyalty card savings are canceled after 5 (five) years. If during the specified period from the moment the card status changed you did not move to the next level, the savings on the card are burned and the card returns to the previous level. If you have the maximum loyalty level, the card returns to the previous level if you have not made a single reservation for the specified period.
